In 2007, Aldukheil Financial Group (AFG) was established as a new Joint Stock Company to provide Securities Services (Arranging, Advising, Asset Management, Brokerage, & Custody), under the supervision of the Capital Market Authority. AFG will build itself on the strong Financial Advisory services foundation built by CCFI in the past 29 years.
AFG is a major source for financial advisory services for enterprises both within and outside the Kingdom. AFG's strength in this area stems from its consultants team who have diverse experience and in-depth understanding of the intricacies of corporate strategy formulation, corporate finance, legal and financial restructuring, enterprise value analysis and stock market valuation.
AFG has managed the share flotation for most of the companies that have offered their shares to the Saudi public and citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council since early 1980's. It has also been active in private placements, for local companies and for international issues.
